What you'll do
- Extract and document requirements directly from sales leadership — including where the underlying process is newly defined and not yet settled — covering opportunity…
- Manage a moving baseline. Version, freeze, and change-control requirements as the methodology evolves
- Keep adoption central. Shape requirements around a mobile-first, minimal-click experience and real field usage — the goal is a system reps choose to use
- Own testable acceptance criteria. Define what ‘done and acceptable’ means for each requirement and align it with UAT
- Review and challenge the vendor. Validate the implementation vendor’s design and Statement of Work against documented requirements, flag gaps and misalignments
