About the role
Responsible for reviewing and maintaining product data in our Product Information Manager (PIM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and Websites. Works with suppliers, gathering product information, manipulating data, working in spreadsheets, and coordinating with the users of the data.
What you'll do
- Acts as central source for new part setup requests from branches
- Researches, maintains, and updates product information and pricing
- Reworks and reformats vendor files as needed in our data upload template
- Reviews existing products and descriptions, and UOMs for consistency and accuracy
- Maintains cross references and substitutions as vendors change preferred products
