About the role
We are looking for a target-driven Outbound Tele-Caller with B2C sales experience to generate leads and convert prospects over the phone. The role involves high call volumes, structured follow-ups, and consistent achievement of sales and conversion targets.
What you'll do
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided/self-sourced data and call lists
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and follow-up schedules
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call volume and conversion targets
- Follow up persistently with warm leads and re-engage cold/lost leads where appropriate
- Adhere to call scripts, quality guidelines, and compliance requirements
