About the role
We are looking for a paid media specialist to own Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns across two markets. This is an individual contributor role — you build, run, and optimize campaigns yourself.
What you'll do
- Build and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Performance Max, and Demand Gen
- Run Meta campaigns across Facebook and Instagram — lead gen, retargeting, and traffic
- Maintain separate campaign structures, keyword strategies, and bidding logic for India and the US
- Create and optimize ad copy for India and U.S. audiences
- Own budget allocation across platforms and markets, shifting spend based on performance data
