About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Workday System Owner to spearhead the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of our Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) and Finance modules. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for Workday, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that align with business objectives, streamline HR/FI processes, and enhance user experiences
What you'll do
- Serve as the SME for Workday modules, including Workday HCM, Finance, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking (PATT)
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and testing of new Workday functionality and enhancements
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify system requirements, provide recommendations, and deliver scalable solutions
- Lead system upgrades, new feature deployments, and process improvements
- Manage Workday security, roles, and permissions to ensure compliance and data integrity
