Engineering graduate with minimum 12–15 years of industrial experience in Procurement, Supplier Development, Strategic Sourcing, Warehouse/Stores, and Logistics management.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage Procurement, Supplier Development, Supplier Quality, and Logistics functions to ensure operational excellence and business continuity
- Drive supplier development initiatives to enhance supplier capability, process maturity, quality performance, delivery reliability, and long-term partnerships
- Establish and manage supplier performance frameworks including KPIs, supplier ratings, audits, business reviews, and continuous improvement programs
- Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers for pricing, payment terms, lead times, cost reduction initiatives, and strategic procurement agreements
- Lead supplier audits, surveillance activities, APQP processes, and corrective action follow-up for quality and process compliance
