About the role
Field Service Site Engineer - AMC is responsible for managing Maintenance contracts at designated railway sites with a focus on achieving execution targets, safety of man & Machines, deliver contractual commitments, Customer satisfaction, ensuring reliability of the product & services in strong co-ordination with team & customer.
What you'll do
- Manage & execute Maintenance contracts of the designated site ensuing timely service delivery
- Resolve customer issues with strong collaboration and ensure customer satisfaction
- Spares & inventory management
- Ensure feedback of field experience at all stages to improve reliability of the products
- Periodic reporting of the open points of Customer and follow up till the action is closed
