About the role
Who will you be working with? The HR Operations Specialist is part of the HR Shared Services Team. The role handles operational and system support for employee lifecycle transactions for APAC, MEA, India and Global Contingent worker processes.
What you'll do
- Maintain and conduct employee lifecycle transactions in Workday related to employee lifecycle processes such as New Hire, Job Changes, International Movements, Separation
- Maintain Global Contingent worker data in Workday
- Partner with HR and Managers to ensure timely processing of transactions and effective collaboration
- Cross train with multiple country HR Operations processes and procedures
- Participate in payroll reconciliation of data and fulfilment of statutory obligations
