About the role
The role includes assisting with technical due diligence, feasibility assessments, cost estimation, and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely and high‑quality project outputs.
What you'll do
- Support MEP technical due diligence for large land parcels in coordination with relevant stakeholders
- Assist in preparing detailed due‑diligence reports, including risk registers
- Prepare block cost estimates for MEP infrastructure services to support feasibility studies
- Help assess MEP infrastructure requirements for client land parcels and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
- Conduct compliance checks in line with EC norms, MoEF guidelines, Local CFO requirements, NBC 2016, IS codes, and relevant international standards
