About the role
Responsibilities We are seeking a Tekla Support and Systems Technician to own and advance our Tekla environment, standards, and user experience for the Construction Modeling group.
What you'll do
- Provide technical support to Tekla Structures users, investigate and resolve workflow issues, and maintain databases, catalogs, templates, reports, drawing layouts
- Translate business requirements into practical solutions, lead upgrade evaluation and testing, and champion efficient, standardized CAD practice firmwide
- Develop and maintain user documentation, standards, procedures, and best practice guidance
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements, identify and deliver recommendations to improve workflows, efficiency, consistency, and quality
- Develop, maintain, and support internal and client-specific CAD environments
