What you'll do
- Provide technical support to Tekla Structures users, investigate and resolve workflow issues, and maintain databases, catalogs, templates, reports, drawing layouts
- Partnering with internal stakeholders and project teams, you will translate business requirements into practical solutions, lead upgrade evaluation and testing
- Provide technical support and guidance to CAD software users; investigate, troubleshoot and resolve modeling, drawing, numbering, reporting, and configuration issues
- Develop and maintain user documentation, standards, procedures, and best practice guidance
- Engage with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements, identify and deliver recommendations to improve workflows, efficiency, consistency, and quality
