The Manager, Record to Report for Controllership will provide end-to-end ownership for the Record-to-Report accounting and controllership activities.
What you'll do
- Responsible for ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting, strong balance sheet governance, effective internal controls
- Manage ~5 Asst Manager and Sr Associate accounting positions in Hyderabad, supporting the controllership function
- Manage RTR accounting and controllership activities
- Own the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and compliance with applicable accounting and reporting requirements
- Manage intercompany reconciliations and resolve out-of-balance items with WBD counterparts
