About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Media Operations Executive / Ad Operations Executive to join our team in Bangalore. This is a 100% backend, non-voice role focused on supporting LinkedIn advertising operations across Marketing Solutions (LMS), Talent Solutions (LTS), and Agency Support (LAS).
What you'll do
- Common Responsibilities (All LOBs – LMS, LTS, LAS)
- Manage incoming requests exclusively through CRM tools; no voice or phone communication
- Own cases end-to-end: intake, execution, QA, and closure
- Maintain CRM hygiene, including documentation, tagging, and accurate status updates
- Generate Excel and PowerPoint reports, ensuring adherence to LinkedIn-approved templates
