Senior Specialist -Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while delivering a strong employer brand and positive candidate experience. This role partners closely with hiring managers and business leaders to identify talent needs, source and assess candidates, and provide data-driven insights through recruitment metrics.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contract, campus, and apprenticeship hiring across roles and functions
• Partner with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, role expectations, and hiring timelines
• Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, campuses, and vendor channels
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate role fit, technical capability, and cultural alignment
• Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, reference checks, offer rollouts, and onboarding support
