Senior Order Operations Specialist

About the role

This position's primary responsibility is to manage all orders to cash processes covering Waters business in India. Based in Bangalore, India and will report to Order Operations manager/Order Operations Team Lead.

What you'll do

• Activities include, but are not limited to: SAP entry, order preparation, order confirmations/proforma invoices, and invoicing
• Liaise with relevant internal and external parties to manage Requested delivery date (RDD) of sales orders on customer requirements and on-time sales conversion
• Ensure all necessary documentation is planned and prepared accurately to enable transit from origin to destination without delays and in accordance with customer’s need…
• Preparation and submission of bank documents and liaison with the banks. Should be well versed in handling of Letter of credits and cash against documents shipments
• Monitor backlogs to expedite deliveries with no past due dates and assist in weekly sales pacing
