About the role
In this role, you will be working as a key member of the Customer platform team within IT department, driving new capabilities in our CRM Systems to enable our global Sales and Service organization. You will be applying your quality engineering expertise to delivery best-in-class experience for our global sales and service organization.
What you'll do
- Drive and build scripts and procedures for both manual test and automated test cases, based upon business requirements and functional specifications
- Recommends acceptable risks in the application working with the technical team and senior management
- Develop deep understanding of the product, engineering processes, tools
- Implement QA Metrics and prioritize development and production bugs
- Manage and grow the automated test suite and other developer self-service tools
