About the role
We are looking for a Client Servicing Executive who can effectively manage client communication, understand their requirements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of digital marketing projects.
What you'll do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Understand client requirements, objectives, and expectations
- Coordinate with Social Media, SEO, Performance Marketing, Content, Graphic Design, and Development teams
- Follow up on deliverables, timelines, approvals, and client feedback
- Prepare and share regular client updates and reports
