About the role
We are looking for an experienced Agentic AI Developer / Engineer to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, decision-making, and automating complex business workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Python, Large Language Models (LLMs), and LangChain, along with a solid understanding of agent-based architectures and AI-driven automation.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI agents capable of performing complex tasks, reasoning, planning, and making decisions with minimal human intervention
- Build LLM-powered applications using Python, LangChain, and other relevant AI frameworks
- Develop agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, and similar orchestration tools
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enable AI systems to retrieve, process, and generate responses using enterprise knowledge bases
- Design and implement multi-agent systems where multiple AI agents collaborate to accomplish complex tasks
