About the role
We are hiring a hands-on Creative Media Producer to lead all visual storytelling for the school - photography, video, reels, event coverage, portraits, and campaign assets. the person shoots, edits, and finishes work personally, while also directing junior/contract creators and holding the quality bar across the team's output.
What you'll do
- Shoot photography and video across campus life, events, portraits, and campaigns
- Edit and deliver finished short films end-to-end - raw footage through cut, grade, sound, and titles
- Build complete social reels and posts, matched to platform and campaign
- Maintain a consistent visual standard in line with our brand guidelines
- Own the production calendar - what's due, when, and dependencies
