About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Founding Product Manager to work closely with customers, founders, and engineering teams to shape and execute products that transform complex mechanical and manufacturing workflows. This role is ideal for a product leader who can operate at the intersection of product strategy, customer discovery, CAD, mechanical engineering, manufacturing, and software development .
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end product execution , from customer discovery and problem definition to product delivery and iteration
- Translate customer needs and business priorities into clear product requirements, PRDs, prototypes, milestones, timelines, and evaluation criteria
- Engage directly with customers to understand workflows, pain points, requirements, and opportunities for product improvement
- Develop a strong understanding of CAD workflows, engineering drawings, mechanical design, manufacturing processes, and industrial workflows
- Work closely with engineering teams to communicate product behavior, edge cases, technical trade-offs, and expected outcomes
