We are seeking experienced Funds Attorneys for a part-time opportunity at the intersection of legal expertise and artificial intelligence. What you'll do
- Perform simulated negotiations and redlining exercises involving investment fund documentation
- Review and evaluate AI-generated responses to fund-related legal scenarios, providing detailed feedback to improve model accuracy and legal reasoning
- Develop structured evaluation frameworks, scoring rubrics, and quality standards for assessing AI performance on fund formation and transactional legal tasks
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary product, research, and engineering teams to refine AI training datasets, legal guidelines, and best practices
- Apply practical legal judgment to identify contractual risks, drafting issues, and negotiation strategies within complex fund documentation
