What you'll do
- Own the growth strategy and performance for a portfolio of local business customers
- Act as a strategic advisor and trusted point of contact for business owners
- Conduct structured discovery conversations to understand business models, pricing, services, positioning, customers, and competitive advantages
- Translate customer and business context into actionable growth strategies and AI-powered workflows
