About the role
We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader with 18–20 years of experience to lead the organization’s finance function and provide strategic financial direction to senior leadership. The role requires a strong foundation in accounting, finance, and management reporting , along with the ability to oversee financial operations, strengthen controls, drive business performance, and support critical decision-making.
What you'll do
- Lead the overall finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations across the organization
- Oversee accounting activities including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, month-end and year-end closing, and financial statements
- Establish and maintain robust accounting policies, processes, internal controls, and financial governance frameworks
- Drive management reporting , preparing and presenting periodic financial reports, MIS, dashboards, variance analysis
- Partner with business leaders and functional heads to understand financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and support strategic decision-making
