Medical Subject Matter Expert (AI Training & Documentation)

About the role

We are seeking experienced medical professionals to contribute their expertise to the development of next-generation AI systems. In this role, you will provide high-quality, original medical documentation and domain knowledge to improve AI model understanding and performance. No prior AI experience is required—your clinical and medical expertise is the key qualification.

What you'll do

• Provide original, self-authored medical documents (PDF or Word) for AI training purposes, including clinical reports, case studies, research manuscripts
• Ensure submitted documents demonstrate depth, technical accuracy, and real-world medical expertise
• Contribute multimodal content containing text, tables, charts, diagrams, figures, and other visual elements where applicable
• Carefully de-identify all confidential or patient-specific information while maintaining the integrity and educational value of the documentation
• Curate a diverse collection of documents, ideally ranging from 10–100 pages, to support various AI training scenarios
