About the role
We are seeking a highly talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to lead the creative development and execution of high-impact visual communication initiatives across the organization. This role requires a strong combination of creative expertise, strategic thinking, visual storytelling, and stakeholder management.
What you'll do
- Lead the design and creative execution of major initiatives, including product launches, marketing campaigns, executive presentations, internal communications
- Translate business requirements and strategic objectives into compelling visual concepts and creative solutions
- Develop high-quality designs across digital and print platforms while ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Communications, and leadership teams to understand requirements and deliver effective visual narratives
- Contribute to the development and evolution of brand identity systems, visual guidelines, templates, and scalable creative asset libraries
