About the role
We are looking for a highly driven Senior Manager – Marketing to own and scale the organization's customer acquisition engine end-to-end. This is a high-ownership, hands-on leadership role for a commercially minded marketing professional who can independently manage significant media budgets, build scalable acquisition systems, and drive measurable growth.
What you'll do
- Performance Marketing & Acquisition
- Own the end-to-end customer acquisition strategy across paid and emerging digital channels
- Own acquisition, CAC, ROAS, LTV, payback, and growth targets
- Independently manage and allocate ₹2 Cr+ monthly media budgets , with responsibility for scaling spend efficiently
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies across Meta, Google/UAC, YouTube , and emerging performance channels
