About the role

We are looking for a senior and mature HR Leader to lead the overall people agenda for the organization. This role will be responsible for shaping and executing the HR strategy, strengthening organizational culture, developing talent, and partnering with business leadership to build a high-performing and engaged workforce.

What you'll do

• Lead and execute the overall HR strategy and people agenda in alignment with organizational goals
• Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and people-related business decisions
• Develop and strengthen HR policies, processes, systems, and governance frameworks
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, retention, succession planning, and talent development initiatives
• Drive effective performance management and employee development programs
