About the role
We are seeking experienced Software Engineering Experts to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality technical contributions. Your software engineering expertise will be used to create realistic coding environments, develop reference solutions, and evaluate complex engineering tasks that improve AI reasoning and problem-solving capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design reproducible software engineering environments for evaluating AI model performance
- Develop high-quality reference ("golden") solutions for complex programming challenges
- Analyze, debug, and resolve complex software defects across diverse codebases
- Design, implement, and validate scalable software features following industry best practices
- Refactor legacy applications to improve maintainability, readability, and performance
