What you'll do
- Talent Sourcing and Identification
- Proactively identify and source high-quality creative professionals across graphic design, motion graphics, UX/UI design, copywriting, video production
- Develop effective sourcing strategies to identify suitable candidates for full-time, freelance, and contractual positions
- Identify passive candidates who may not be actively seeking opportunities but possess the skills and portfolios required by hiring clients
- Build a diverse and readily accessible talent pool to support a wide range of creative hiring requirements
