You will be the founding lead of this team.
What you'll do
- Lead the Physical AI team end to end: set the technical direction, make the build-vs-buy calls, and own the roadmap from first prototype to shipped product
- Architect the full robot: how the mechanical systems, actuators, electronics, and software come together into one working machine
- Build the intelligence of the robot. Train and deploy learned controllers and policies (RL, imitation learning), close the sim-to-real gap
- Hire and grow the founding team of engineers and interns, and set the bar for how the team builds
- Own what you and your team build. When the robot fails mid-step, you fix it end to end
