About the role
We are looking for a hands-on Tech Lead – .NET to lead the development of scalable, high-performance lending applications. The role involves driving technical architecture and development, managing and mentoring a team of engineers, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, development, and delivery of lending modules, APIs, and microservices
- Drive low-level design, technical implementation, coding standards, and engineering best practices
- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality, maintainability, scalability, and performance
- Optimize application performance and database queries, particularly within SQL Server environments
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5–10 developers, providing technical guidance and supporting their professional growth
