What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end project delivery , including scope, timelines, risks, and quality
- Handle Fixed Price Delivery , effort estimations, forecasting, and project metrics tracking
- Oversee L3 support operations , shift scheduling, SLA adherence, and escalations
- Lead and mentor technical teams; handle performance, productivity, and workload planning
- Drive Agile ceremonies , backlog grooming, reporting, and coaching teams on Agile best practices
