We are seeking an accomplished Vice President – Operations to lead the overall operational performance across Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Compliance, and CFO Services. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building scalable operating systems, strengthening service delivery, improving productivity and quality, developing operational talent, and driving technology-enabled transformation.
What you'll do
- Operations Strategy and Service Delivery
- Develop and execute scalable operations strategies across Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Compliance, and CFO Services
- Oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring high standards of quality, accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
- Standardize operational processes and implement initiatives to improve efficiency, productivity, and service quality
- Identify operational gaps and drive improvements in client experience and overall business performance
