About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and commercially minded Vice President – Real Estate Investments to lead investment strategy, deal evaluation, due diligence, and execution across real estate opportunities. This is a senior role for an investment professional with strong expertise in real estate investing, financial analysis, transaction structuring, and due diligence .
What you'll do
- Lead the identification, evaluation, and execution of real estate investment opportunities across relevant asset classes
- Conduct detailed commercial, financial, legal, technical, and market due diligence on prospective investments
- Build and review financial models, investment cases, return analyses, cash-flow projections, and scenario assessments
- Assess project feasibility, valuation, market attractiveness, capital requirements, risks, and expected returns
- Develop investment recommendations and present findings to senior leadership and investment committees
