Director - Project Management

About the role

We are looking for a highly results-oriented and process-driven Director – Project Management. This role will function as the strategic engine driving project execution for our India organization. Not just managing the timelines, this leader will be responsible for maturing our delivery ecosystem, bridging the gap between high-level product vision and technical execution.

What you'll do

• Act as the primary liaison between executive leadership, Engineering, and Product Owners to align delivery cycles with business goals
• Standardize estimation frameworks to ensure realistic commitments and optimized resource allocation across teams
• Own the master release calendar, identifying risks early and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure zero-delay releases
• Partner with Dev and QA teams across projects to drive a Zero-Defects mentality, implementing root cause analysis (RCA) for any post-production issues
• Identify bottlenecks in the SDLC and implement Lean/Agile process improvements to increase velocity without sacrificing quality
