What you'll do
- Complete standard and moderately complex commercial loan servicing activities accurately, within established service levels and assigned authority
- Review loan instructions, approvals, and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to established requirements
- Process loan maintenance and servicing requests, perform reconciliations, and resolve routine discrepancies while escalating complex or high-risk matters
- Maintain complete and accurate loan records, approvals, and supporting evidence in accordance with bank policies and controls
- Provide timely updates, collaborate with internal partners, and meet defined quality, productivity, risk, service, and confidentiality expectations
