What you'll do
- Lead analytics, reporting, and measurement strategies supporting GTAM priorities and business objectives
- Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, KPI reporting, and executive business reviews
- Analyze talent attraction, employer brand, recruitment marketing, and candidate engagement performance to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Establish and maintain measurement frameworks, reporting standards, KPI definitions, and data governance practices
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis, visualization, storytelling, and executive presentations
