Senior Business Execution Consultant

About the role

In this role, you will identify opportunities for process improvement, evaluate business performance, support strategic approaches, and provide recommendations to help strengthen operational effectiveness and manage business risks. You will collaborate with leaders and key stakeholders while applying independent judgment to drive effective execution and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Lead support functions and business operations across multiple business groups and contribute to large-scale strategic initiatives
• Drive efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness, and pipeline management across assigned operations while supporting business objectives
• Research and analyze moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives using analytical skills
• Work independently and exercise sound judgment to develop recommendations, provide guidance, and support effective execution across assigned functions
• Support the planning and execution of programs and initiatives focused on risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and customer experience
