What you'll do
- Provide training, guidance, and subject-matter expertise to less experienced Commercial Loan Servicing representatives on complex policies, procedures
- Research and resolve complex loan servicing inquiries, applying independent judgment and interpreting loan documentation, policies, procedures
- Coordinate and reconcile loan advances and payments with customers and participating banks, and process letters of credit accurately and efficiently
- Support complex loan trading and assignment activities in collaboration with internal partners and relevant stakeholders
- Plan and prioritize daily work, providing work direction and mentorship to the support team to help ensure timely and accurate completion of deliverables
