About the role
We are looking for a Technical Publication Engineer to manage, validate, develop, and publish technical documentation for global software products. The role covers the end-to-end publication lifecycle, including source-file management, localization readiness, documentation development, technical QA, defect resolution, and publishing.
What you'll do
- Technical Documentation & Source Management
- Retrieve, validate, and manage the correct and latest source files, assets, and documentation versions
- Analyse source content to determine translation/localization scope and prepare files for localization
- Develop and maintain technical documentation using XML, Markdown, HTML, JSON, and other formats
- Manage version-controlled and single-source documentation and generate multiple publication outputs
