About the role
The BIM Associate will support the BIM/VDC MEP team in day-to-day project execution. This role focuses on hands-on BIM work including modeling, quality control, documentation, and supporting senior leads in maintaining high standards across projects. This is a learning-heavy, execution-driven role suited for someone who is technically inclined and eager to grow in BIM, design technology and automation.
What you'll do
- Assist in Revit modeling and project setup in BIM360/ACC environments
- Perform basic model quality checks and support BIM standard implementation
- Support clash detection workflows and documentation
- Assist in quantity take-offs and data extraction from Revit models
- Create and modify Revit families and templates as per project needs
