About the role
Lead, Facilities at WeWork India. As Lead - Facilities, you will oversee end-to-end building operations across WeWork India centres.
What you'll do
- Success in this role is measured by operational uptime, client satisfaction scores, cost efficiency, and team performance metrics
- Managing complete building operations including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety, building management systems, and other critical technical infrastructure
- Ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of all technical services across assigned centres with minimal downtime
- Overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Managing soft services including housekeeping, security, pantry operations, and member experience services
