About the role
The Lead/Senior Lead, Building Engineering-ICT role is in charge of planning and executing new and customization of IT projects. We are looking for a hard-working & detail-oriented individual who will be in charge of monitoring milestone implementation right from sourcing a potential building all the way to construction completion and closeout activities.
What you'll do
- Confirm IT/AV & Security requirements for projects and ensure all design is to latest product/technical standards and identify site/project specific requirements
- Budget projects to latest Building Technology standards
- Ensure WiFi design is incorporated into design drawings
- Identify primary/secondary ISP routes & engage vendors & review layout for cabling distances
- Determine if cellular remediation is required, and incorporate system requirements into design drawings
