What you'll do
- Extract quantities from architectural, interior, and MEP drawings (AutoCAD/Revit) to create detailed BOQs and cost estimates
- Prepare and maintain rate databases, cost libraries, and benchmarking tools based on market intelligence and past project data
- Track and update prevailing market rates for materials, labour, and subcontractor services across regions
- Prepare unit rate-based costing sheets with speed and precision to support sales/design teams during RFPs and client pitches
- Support early-stage project pricing and value engineering options to meet target budgets without compromising functionality or aesthetics
