About the role
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Digital Adoption Specialist who will be responsible for curating enhanced customer onboarding journeys and driving the successful adoption of the Whatfix product with our clients. The ideal candidate will combine a deep understanding of this platform with excellent communication skills to ensure effective delivery and support.

- Work with our global customers to identify their target audiences' training needs, acquire an understanding of customer applications and processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions and bring process efficiency when onboarding our customers
- Help develop standards and guidelines to ensure consistency in deliverables across projects
