About the role
We are looking for a CMA / Cost Accountant to strengthen our cost accounting, inventory controls and financial closure processes. The role will focus on COGS, product costing, inventory valuation, yield & wastage analysis, cost control and month-end closure .
What you'll do
- Review and validate monthly COGS and product-level costing
- Analyse standard BOM vs. actual consumption and identify material consumption variances
- Review changes in raw material, packaging and other input costs and assess their impact on product margins
- Support standard costing and periodic revision of product costs
- Analyse product/customer/channel-level gross margins and identify significant cost deviations
