About the role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented IT Recruiter with 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring IT professionals while managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various IT and technical positions
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Hire for technical roles such as Java Developers, Full Stack Developers, MERN Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps Engineers, and other IT positions
- Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and technical panels
