About the role
We are looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead and optimise paid social campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on campaign management skills, strategic thinking, client management experience, and the ability to mentor junior team members.
What you'll do
- Plan, execute, optimise, and report on paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit, and LinkedIn
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with client objectives, KPIs, budgets, and target audiences
- Monitor campaign performance, conduct quality checks, and identify opportunities for optimisation
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and provide actionable insights using analytics tools such as GA4
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, present campaign results, and recommend growth opportunities
