About the role
We are looking for a Hub Agent for Navi Mumbai location, to join our company. In Wilhelmsen Port Services, we provide our customers with peace of mind while we handle their cargo, their vessels and their crew. We handle 75,000 port calls per year, which means that every 7 minutes, anywhere around the world, we send a ship safely out to sea again to fulfil its purpose.
What you'll do
- Coordinate all Hub Agreement related jobs
- Ensure that all appointments are handled without delay and assigned to appointed agent
- Monitor the execution of the port call and work closely with appointed agent and customer’s contracted vendors to ensure that we meet the customers’ expectations
- Actively follow up the relevant local port agents for operational and Disbursement Accounts (DA) requirements
- Provide ships agency support and advice to customers, Hub team and Sales
