About the role
Williams-Sonoma is seeking a Lead QA – Release & Automation to lead end-to-end mobile QA activities across iOS and Android releases, with strong hands-on experience in mobile testing and automation. This role will own QA release sign-off, coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, drive release regression, and continuously improve QA processes through automation and AI-enabled testing.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end QA release sign-off for mobile applications across iOS and Android
- Lead release regression testing and ensure production readiness across multiple engineering teams
- Partner with Engineering, Product, DevOps, Release Management, and Vendor QA teams to plan, coordinate, and execute successful releases
- Define and standardize QA release processes, quality gates, and release sign-off criteria
- Drive mobile automation strategy across iOS and Android to maximize automation coverage and reduce manual regression effort
